I used my entrepreneurial skills during the Covid pandemic to create Fells' Kitchen. I was unable to operate Epicurus Catering due to the restrictions, so I trained to become a Mountain Leader enabling me to lead small groups in the hills.
I combined that with my catering skills to create an outdoor adventure company with the USP of providing gourmet catering whilst out in the hills and mountains.
