From the venue to the reception – and of course, the event itself – it’s all about making a positive impression. Though it may seem like a small detail in the grand scheme of the day, the food on offer will come under the most scrutiny.

Will your clients and connections be grumbling behind their napkins about bland breaded goujons, or raving about rare chateaubriand beef, freshly carved and served with a side of hollandaise sauce?

Our Executive range comprises of six tailored menus – three hot, three cold – with every dish lovingly prepared by our fully trained, vastly experienced chefs.

Starting at just £17.50 per head for hot menus, your clients can enjoy succulent beef, reared locally in Northumberland and served in a local ale stew, complemented by fluffy herb dumplings.

Alternatively, they could tuck into chicken and sun-dried tomatoes in a rich tarragon and paprika cream sauce, or help themselves to a generous slice of parmigiana – fried aubergine, topped with layers of cheese and tomato sauce. Should there be room for dessert, a choice of baked chocolate tarts or a fruity pavlova is on offer.

For £2.50pp more, your guests could be feasting on beef and chorizo meatballs, a moreish seafood pie with creamy mash or spinach and ricotta lasagne with pine nuts, with sherry trifle or chocolate and strawberry sponge roulade to follow.

Our most exquisite plates feature lamb shanks, fillets of Northumbrian beef and chicken, leek and bacon pies, with marbled chocolate truffle torte, passion fruit meringue roulade or a selection of regionally produced cheeses for the dessert course.

Our cold knife and fork buffets deliver more great flavours with added convenience, requiring less preparation time on the day of the event. These menus also start at £17.50 a head, and can include delicious meat and seafood platters, with all produce sourced from the region’s farms and fisheries.

We also offer an essential range of menus, offering great food at an affordable price. For just £8 per person, attendees can enjoy Epicurus’ special chilli or enchiladas; for £1 more, they could be tasting our signature Thai green curry or lamb moussaka.

All of our prices are based on a minimum number of twenty guests, while crockery and cutlery is included as part of the service. We can even provide serving staff, buffet tables and linen cloths for an additional surcharge, handling your event catering from start to finish.
