Svitlana is the best KP we have ever had! An integral part of the business, the KP is the hardest job for Chris to fill. Formerly from the Ukraine, Svitlana asked for a chance at the job despite having no experience and we gave her one.

Now the chefs can’t put anything down without it being washed, polished and returned. We love her! (although we don’t always understand what she says to us – we just agree!)
