Neil is the quiet but dependable chef in the kitchen with a wicked sense of humour! Ask Neil to produce 500 deserts and they’ll all be perfect, every single one! Not one to take centre stage, Neil has been a consistently great chef with Epicurus since 2007.

Whenever he has time off, Neil can be found somewhere in Scotland ‘bagging’ a few more Munro’s. He’s currently climbed around 80.
