Chris Reay, the company M.D. heads up our team of chefs in the kitchen. Passionate about creating good food using great ingredients, Chris and the team create a range of menus using local producers wherever possible. Meat is sourced from Northumberland farms, potatoes from Cornhill on Tweed, cheeses from Blagdon & Doddington, sausages from Rothbury, eggs from Belford and ales from Wylam & Wallsend! We can cater for any type of event and any number of guests. Our current range of menus include; BBQ's, bowl food, breakfasts, canapes, children's menus, fine dining, hog roasts, buffets, wedding breakfasts & tapas. We also trade using the brands piginabun.com, sheepinastottie.com and cowinabap.com for the hog and spit roast side to the business which goes by the name of The Newcastle Spit Roast Company.
