Chris Reay, the company M.D. heads up our team of chefs in the kitchen.  Passionate about creating good food using great ingredients, Chris and the team create a range of menus using local producers wherever possible.  Meat is sourced from Northumberland farms, potatoes from Cornhill on Tweed, cheeses from Blagdon & Doddington, sausages from Rothbury, eggs from Belford and ales from Wylam!  We can cater for any type of event and any number of guests.  Our current range of menus are listed below.
